National Pool Lifeguard Qualification 

(NPLQ) - RLSS

The NPLQ covers all elements of Pool Rescue Techniques, Lifeguarding Theory, First Aid and CPR. The course is physically demanding and will include swimming to set times, lifting casualties and diving to the deepest part of the swimming pool.

National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) - RLSS

A supervision & rescue award for qualified swimming instructors during programmed sessions (i.e. swimming lessons).

NRASTC LIGHT - RLSS

A supervision & rescue award for qualified swimming instructors during programmed sessions (i.e. swimming lessons) when Lifeguard / First Aid backup is available to respond quickly in an emergency.
